Neda is a barista who begins to date Barry Frost.

She first appears in Somebody's Watching Me as the barista who served coffee to people who ordered after Jane on her bad day.
Her second appearance in All for One she began to date Barry. Because of their relationship, she met with Angela Rizzoli and began to help the older woman make the cafe's menu healthier.
She left town in Tears of a Clown, causing them to break up.
